(Hong Kong, 6 April 2016) The HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition) features more than 1,300 exhibitors from 11 countries and regions, including exhibitors from Australia, UAE and Ukraine participating for the first time. The exhibition provides an elegant setting for brand name collections of eye-catching, high quality lighting. Hall 3, where we attended, continued to be the fair's largest zone, showcasing the latest functional and decorative lighting styles, notably LED lights and lighting control solution for indoor and outdoor.

Risecomm was invited to participate in the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair, which had successfully completed on Apr, 9. 2016. Cooperated with Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), we are honored to join in the Brand hall as one of notable street-light system leaders. We offered a cost-saving, energy-saving, and green reliable solution applied through Power Line Communication (PLC) technology for all visitors!

We had reached several-hundred worldwide buyers from 108 countries and regions, as far as Spain, Chile, Ecuador, South Africa, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Kuwait, Dubai, Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia, India, Indonesia, Italy, Germany, Poland, Turkey, France, Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia and so on. Some of them in executive management level showed interests in Risecomm lighting control solution in the four-day fair (6-9 April). “Despite the lingering global economic uncertainties and challenges, our booth still crowded with lots of buyer this year,” said Dr. J Gu, Risecomm CTO. “It reveals that the buyers remain optimistic in sourcing smart systems for their countries. We are encouraged to grasp the opportunities brought about by the European, South American and Asia Pacific markets.”

Showing brand image and product advantage are the main stream of this activity. Booth style is concise and simple, adhering  to the cost-saving and energy-saving, environmental protection, as the theme in the past. Concise display layout with demonstration kit make visitors pay more attention to the nature of the solution, because reliable quality is the foundation of the system that we supply to clients. Visitors have a deep understanding about Risecomm system application and core technology through our demonstration at site.

Risecomm smart lighting system adopts Power Line Communication (PLC) technology to remotely control and manage lamps through utility power lines. The system has a software platform managing a number of concentrators and terminal controllers. The software platform includes servers, databases and GUI. Each concentrator is located in power distribution cabinet while each controller is installed with each lamp. Numerous systems have been deployed in hundreds of cities worldwide.

It is worth mentioning  that our technical team had unveiled the scene, in-depth exchanged and discussed our core technology on the solution with industrial users. The success of this event provided a platform to demonstrate lighting control system to the industrial clients. At the same time, it also allowed us to promote Risecomm various solutions applying on air-conditioning, intelligence building, heating supply management and so on to all visitors.

For a period of four days, the lighting fair has successfully completed, but it is a new beginning for Risecomm. We will constantly improve ourselves and develop more humanity, intelligent control solutions, create more energy-saving, comfortable live & work environment to the users. In view of the strong demand for PLC lighting system for indoor / outdoor application, Risecomm will participate more in international lighting exhibitions, and continue to bring you the latest news in the near future.
